After not posting for a very long time, I love this to be my first share. Women and photography have often had a complex relationship: invisibilized in the eighth art, they were often confined to the role of models. However photography is a tool for documentation or a space for personal expression.
The 23rd edition of AAP magazine wanted to recognize not only the strength, beauty and resilience of women around the world, but also their artistic poetry and talent, as evidenced by the 19 women photographers selected. The 25 artists chosen for this edition, regardless of gender, have offered us - through their different approaches and techniques - a powerful tribute to women.
